Bernalillo Minimum Wage Ordinance describes who is entitled to recieve the wages state in the ordinance by defining an employee. Also, the ordinance lists the employee's rights under the County of Bernalillo in which legal action can be taken against employers who pay less than the wage set forth by Bernalillo Minimum Wage Ordinance. Effective January 1, 2021 the minimum wage increased to $9.35 per hour.
