California Workplace Know Your Rights Booklet Packet
On or before February 1st, 2026, and henceforth annually, employers within the state must provide their employers with this required notice for the purposes of summarizing and explaining the rights of all employees within the state. Information contained within this mandatory notice include cases in which it is illegal for an employer to retaliate against an employee, protections related to an employees immigration status, rights in regard to interactions with law enforcement in the workplace, basic workers' compensation information, and lastly contact information for applicable California State, Federal, and a source for all capable nonprofit legal organizations for assistance.
