The City of El Cerrito, California, has released their own minimum wage effective January 1st 2024 within their city boundaries. There has been an increase of the minimum wage within the city to $17.92/hr. An interesting caveat regarding the Minimum Wage Posting itself, is that if 10% or more of the employees at a jobsite speak a language other than English, the Minimum Wage Posting must also be printed in that language.
