The City of El Cerrito, California, has released their own minimum wage effective January 1st 2023 within their city boundaries. There has been a $0.98 increase of the minimum wage within the city from $16.37 to $17.35/hr. An interesting caveat regarding the Minimum Wage Posting itself, is that if 10% or more of the employees at a jobsite speak a language other than English, the Minimum Wage Posting must also be printed in that language.
