Returns & Exchange Policy
Labor Law Compliance Center is happy to offer returns and exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with us1. You may return most items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund2. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item, etc.) we will pay the shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from you (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We normally ship out item exchanges within 48 hours of you requesting an exchange. If the order is over $100 we will supply the return label with your new item(s). If we have not received the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of the exchange request you will be charged for both items.
If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us at email@example.com or (800) 801-0597. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
1Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns/refunds for customized items. All items must be returned in sellable condition or a restocking fee may be applied.
2A restocking fee will be applied if there have been any mandatory labor law changes since the delivery of the item.
