San Francisco, California Public Health Emergency Leave Supplemental Poster

The San Francisco, California Public Health Emergency Leave Supplemental Poster from Labor Law Compliance Center provides the required local notice for covered employers subject to San Francisco's Public Health Emergency Leave Ordinance.

San Francisco's Public Health Emergency Leave Ordinance generally applies to employers with 100 or more employees worldwide and provides eligible employees who perform work in San Francisco with paid leave for specified reasons related to a qualifying public health emergency.

The ordinance became operative October 1, 2022 and provides up to 80 hours of Public Health Emergency Leave for qualifying employees, depending on work schedule and eligibility. Covered employers must display the required notice in a location where employees can easily read it.
