Illinois Workplace Health and Safety Guidance Poster
All businesses in Illinois that have employees physically reporting to a work-site must post the guidance from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and Office of the Illinois Attorney General regarding workplace safety during the COVID-19 emergency. The "Workplace Health and Safety Guidance for Employees and Staff of Businesses Notice" explains the elements of proper social distancing in the workplace, face covering requirements, handwashing stations, sanitizer and cleaning requirements. Additionally, the notice explains that one is not to work if they are sick or experiencing certain symptoms and who to contact if you have concerns.
