California Federal Contractor Poster Requirements
California employers that perform covered federal contract work may have additional federal contractor posting obligations beyond the generally required California and federal workplace notices.
The California, Federal, and Contractor Poster Set provides California, general federal, and federal contractor workplace notices on three separate laminated posters.
Employers that do not need federal contractor postings can review our California State & Federal Labor Law Poster or the separate California State and Federal Poster Set .
California employers may also need to display an applicable California IWC Wage Order based on their industry or occupation.
California employers should also determine whether additional industry-specific or California city and local labor law posters apply to their locations, as many cities and local jurisdictions may have additional workplace posting requirements beyond those required by the state.
Employers can also review our state minimum wage history and city minimum wage history when researching California and local wage changes.
Employers with remote, hybrid, or multi-location employees can also review our eViewer digital labor law poster system for electronic access to workplace notices.
