Wyoming has released a revised Health and Safety on the Job Notice which increases many of the penalty amounts for violations. Mandatory penalties for each of the serious violations have now been increased to a maximum of $12,675 and for optional penalties of up to $12,675 for each non-serious violation. Alaska has revised the Summary of Alaska Child Labor Law Poster with additional restrictions. The revised notice now specifies a restriction of employment for those under the age of 21 from working in any and all branches of the cannabis / marijuana industry.
