Under Texas HB 1927, the "Firearm Carry Act of 2021", on September 1, 2021, unlicensed Texans will be allowed to carry firearms. House Bill 702 ("HB 702") was passed by the 2021 Montana Legislature and became effective when signed by Governor Gianforte on May 7, 2021.
