District of Columbia Federal Contractor Poster Requirements

District of Columbia employers that perform covered federal contract work may have additional federal contractor posting obligations beyond the generally required District of Columbia and federal workplace notices.

Employers that do not need federal contractor postings can review our District of Columbia State & Federal Labor Law Poster or the separate District of Columbia State and Federal Poster Set .

Employers can also review our state minimum wage history and city minimum wage history when researching District of Columbia and local wage changes.

Employers with remote, hybrid, or multi-location employees can also review our eViewer digital labor law poster system for electronic access to workplace notices.
