Nevada Domestic Violence Bulletin
Nevada has released a required bulletin which explains the rights and obligations of employees and employers under Nevada's domestic violence leave laws. A bulletin is now required to be posted in a conspicuous place in the workplace explaining the maximum of 160 hours of paid leave in a 12-month period for employees who are victims of domestic violence or have family or household members that are victims of domestic violence.

Wyoming: Health and Safety Protection on The Job - Increased Fines
Wyoming has released a revised Health and Safety on the Job Notice which increases many of the penalty amounts for violations. Mandatory penalties for each of the serious violations have now been increased to a maximum of $12,675 and for optional penalties of up to $12,675 for each non-serious violation. Virginia employers are required to post both the EITC and CLI notices. The EITC or Earned Income Tax Credit is a tax credit program designed to benefit low income working families. Alaska - Summary of Child Labor Law Poster
Alaska has revised the Summary of Alaska Child Labor Law Poster with additional restrictions. The revised notice now specifies a restriction of employment for those under the age of 21 from working in any and all branches of the cannabis / marijuana industry.
