Alaska - Summary of Child Labor Law Poster
Alaska has revised the Summary of Alaska Child Labor Law Poster with additional restrictions. The revised notice now specifies a restriction of employment for those under the age of 21 from working in any and all branches of the cannabis / marijuana industry. This includes industries that plant, cultivate, process, package, transport or sell these products. Details can be found at Alaska Statute 17.38.070.
